Ultra-premium nylon, non-infill turf with a dense, durable short pile engineered for exceptional resilience and applications requiring fire-rated performance. Built to circular design principles from a single polymer family, Apex is fully recyclable back into new turf products (validated to ISO 527/179/1183), and its PP dispersion backing replaces conventional SBR latex with 40% post-consumer recycled content — with no loss of dimensional stability. Safety is independently verified: ASTM E108 and ASTM E648 Class A fire ratings, Cfl-s1 fire classification, EN 71-3 child-safety compliance, REACH-aligned formulation, DIN 18035-7 certification against lead and heavy-metal leaching, and PFAS-free yarns per DIN 38414-14.
